Sorry for the lack of posts these past few weeks - I've been travelling to Charming Scotland and then busy with my university exams...
But after so much adventures, I'm back! And glad to say I finally found a photographer for this summer, which is gonna make my posts regular. (yahoo!)
Meanwhile, I hope you'll enjoy this wee "gallery trip pictures" of what makes this place so special to me...


Je plaide coupable pour mon manque de publications de ces dernières semaines - j'étais repartie visiter ma chère Ecosse, puis au retour mes examens de fin d'année ont pris tous mon temps.
Mais je suis enfin de retour... et bonne nouvelle! J'ai finalement trouver un photographe pour cet été, et donc mes posts vont devenir régulier. Il était temps me direz-vous!
Je vous laisse donc avec mes souvenirs de voyage et vous promets le moi de mai le plus fashion que vous n'ayez jamais vu!

 Scotland charms have taken my heart softly. In this place, you can find the greatest people of a lifetime; as well as a thrilling atmosphere in any circumstances and it's definitely where you'll be reminded that you should never give up on your dreams. There is something about Scotland that is unexplainable.

I was quite sad to leave, as there live some astonishing people I care very much so about, like the adorable Stephie, and her beloved classy Lewis. I love the fact we can share amazing laugh, captivating chat and pure joy. Thanks for these quality instants darling!

In the end...maybe Home is where the people you like are?

I was having a conversation the other day with my friend Elodie, who always talks funny and makes me laugh. At some point she declared: " I wonder why we feel the need to always put make-up on to look beautiful. Flowers do not need make-up to shine and captivate us." I think she meant we do not value natural beauty enough anymore. And this is how I ended up wearing no make-up for today's shoot. I believe feeling beautiful is first loving who we are, with or without make-up, don't you think? I'm kinda philosophic today :)

L'autre jour je discutais avec mon amie Elodie, qui a le don de me faire rire avec son "phrasé" unique. Encore une fois, elle m'a surprise en déclarant: " Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les filles se sentent obligées de porter du maquillage tout le temps. On ne maquillerait pas une fleur pour la rendre jolie."  Elle n'a pas tord car je pense qu'on ne sais plus toujours apprécié la beauté au naturel. D'où le fait que je ne porte aucun maquillage aujourd'hui. Se sentir belle s'est avant tout s'aimer soit-même, non? avec ou sans maquillage. Me voilà philosophe aujourd'hui :)

Shirts have lately become one of my favorite piece to wear... probably because I love to button them up. It always makes me feel like I'm preparing myself for something special to happen. The question is just ridicoulously always the same: hair down or up?

Dernièrement, je porte de plus en plus de chemises... juste pour le plaisir de les boutonner je crois. Cela me donne l'impression de me préparer pour un évènement spécial et je suis tout de suite de bonne humeur. La seule, unique et stupide question qui revient toujours par contre concerne mes cheveux: détachés ou pas?

Vintage Inspiration

These are old pictures I found back in an old file of my computer (got them since my fifteen and can't remember on which selling clothes website I've taken them from) . It reminded me that it's been a while I was passionate about fashion. So much to discover still. Fashion is truly a neverending amazing quest of yourself through clothes. It's a particular kind of  art that i am still trying to master, and I am having loads of fun :)

Holidays are the occasion for me to go back to my parents' home for few days in the countryside. So let me introduce you today with three things that are part of me:  the isolated place where I grew up, one of my favorite song and my adorable cute dog "Dalton"  who followed me everywhere today for a walk.

A walk is a good way to relax and  think and recently it has been even more the case.  I ended up with this thought:

During life,  you won't avoid experiencing very hard moments.  What is sure is that Happy Sunny days always come back, and you'll be happy again .  More important than crying now is to understand why things went so wrong last time, so it won't happen again.  
I realise this post sounds actualy quite sad but it's more a full-of-hope message so everyone cheer up and ...
